To protect yourself and others from the unnecessary spreading of COVID-19, here are a few things that you can practice and add to your daily routine.
- Avoid close contact with people. Try to stay at least 6 feet apart at all times.
- Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around others.
- Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or the inside of your elbow if tissue is unavailable.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
