How to Keep Yourself and Others Safe

Hello everyone! I hope that you’re staying safe out there.

To protect yourself and others from the unnecessary spreading of COVID-19, here are a few things that you can practice and add to your daily routine.

  • Avoid close contact with people. Try to stay at least 6 feet apart at all times.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around others.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or the inside of your elbow if tissue is unavailable.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.

Remember that we are all in this together! For a more detailed list, click the link that will lead you directly to the CDC website.
